Cookie Policy
Which cookies and local storage this website and the game use, what each is for, and how to change your choice.
This policy explains what this website stores on your device. “Cookie” here also covers local storage and any other technique that reads or writes data on your device.
1. The current position
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It is a static site. Nothing you do here is tracked across other websites, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
The only things stored on your device are strictly necessary or set by you:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
ws-theme |
Local storage | Remembers whether you chose the light or dark theme. Only written after you click the theme button. | Until you clear site data |
ws-consent |
Local storage | Records your answer to the consent banner — only exists if optional cookies are enabled at all. | 12 months |
Strictly necessary storage does not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive, because it only does what you asked for.
Our web server also writes standard access logs containing your IP address and the page you requested. Those are server-side records, not cookies; they are covered by the Privacy Policy, section 4.3.
2. If we ever add analytics
If we add privacy-friendly analytics, this page will list every cookie it sets before it is switched on, a consent banner will appear, and no analytics script will load until you say yes. You will be able to change or withdraw your answer from this page at any time.
We will not add advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, social media pixels, or session recording to this website.
3. The game client
The game client is not a browser and does not use cookies. It stores your login session token and your settings locally on your device so you stay signed in. If you play the browser build, that build stores the same data in your browser’s local storage; clearing site data signs you out.
Optional rewarded advertising inside the game may use an advertising identifier provided by your operating system. That is asked for separately, inside the game, through a consent dialog, and can be revoked in the game’s settings or in your device settings. See the Privacy Policy, section 4.4.
4. Controlling storage yourself
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies and local storage, usually under Settings → Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary storage on this site costs you only the remembered theme preference. In the browser build of the game, blocking it will sign you out.
5. Changes
We update this page whenever what we store changes, and always before the change takes effect.
