Delete your Wardsong account

Request deletion in Settings → Account. If you can’t sign in, use the email option below.

Verify your request in the game

Enter your current password if your account has one, type DELETE, and submit. Google-only accounts verify their linked Google account again.

If you cannot access the game

Send a request from the email linked to your account. Include the account username so we can locate it. We may ask for additional information only when necessary to verify that the account is yours.

What happens next

  1. We record the request and verify account ownership.
  2. There is a seven-day safety window. An in-game request can be cancelled from Settings during that window.
  3. We erase or anonymise account and gameplay data within 30 days, by the date shown when you made the request. We do not send a confirmation. Records that must be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims are restricted and kept only for the applicable retention period.
  4. Deleting Wardsong does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel any active subscription in Google Play before requesting deletion.
